Gemersik...Launching...

Earlier today... I had lunch at Secret Recipe in conjunction with the launching of Gemersik...


A friend of mine, Nas, want to upgrade her hobby to another level..to a more commercial level..thus Gemersik emerged (click on Gemersik to go to her website..but it's not complete yet la...)...


A few weeks before the launching... Dan Fadalini (of Foster & Fadalini Photography) was asked by Nas to take a few shots of her models...and I was there to help Dan as his reflector..... with a real reflector okay..not with my shiny bald head...


Anyway...present for the launching was Nas Denis, Nur Azimah, Salfa, Dan Fadalini, my gf and myself la.... Ros can't make it, shopping with her mum (family is important). We had plenty of food and by the time we're having the cake, we were basically stuffed...hahaha..but still managed a huge slice...

Seventh Tribe Studio

I've posted something related to Seventh Tribe Studio a while ago..but this time I'm just gona add pics..for ya'll to see how's the place is like...still new..quite cool..enjoy the pics... (Pics courtesy of Seventh Tribe Studio)




It's located in the building next to One TJ..very easy to find..





They have complete jamming instruments except for keyboard la.. and they also provide raw & album recording... so if any of you want to make a good quality demo tape, there you go..








Other jamming studios charge you the same rate, but they're still using old equipments...but for Seventh Tribe Studio, they've just a few months old.. their equipments are as old as the studio!!

This post is dedicated to my friend..as he just opened a jamming studio earlier this year. I finally had some time off to check the place out last week and the place is quite good for Kuching's standard.


The studio is located at One TJ area. It's on the 1st Floor of the building next to One TJ and you basically can see it from the roadside. The name..7th Tribe Studio. The cool thing about this place is that it's more like a hanging out place. They have one section where you can just sit down and play video game or even watch DVD...for free!! And for skaters, they also sell skate boards, service them and sells other merchandises. Cool rite??


The rate is RM25 per hour on weekdays (10am - 7pm, 7pm-1am RM30) and RM30 on weekends and public holidays. They have everything except for keyboard la. 7th Tribe Studio also have their recording studio....so guys..what are you waiting for eh?? New place, new equipments, recoding studio, lounge and all these with standard rate... For more info, contact their hotline at 016-8778790...

Investment

Before this, I've mentioned I'm doing some online investment... so far ok la... I'm investing in 2 places la.... money is there, just that the latest payment is a little slow....but it will masuk....

Beads Stuff....

A friend of mine is doing some business thingy with handicrafts made of beads and so... It's quite surprising since I do know she likes them (beads stuff) but never thought she'll upgrade her hobby to a small business. From the pictures, they really look nice!! You can configure your own design and my order is on the way...You guys should check it out at Crafts & Knots.

Make money with money.......

I have money..and I want to make more money..but I can't work coz I'm studying... So I'm trying this passive investment thingy..not sure if it's a scam or real. Since I have some money to 'waste' so I tried. Basically the minimum amount you need to invest is RM60 (RM60 = 1 lot). After a month, they will give you back RM90 if you buy 1 lot ( RM60 is ur capital + RM30 as ur bonus = RM90).


I'm not saying come all and I don't guarantee it'll be around for a long time. But this company started in June 2010, so it should be around at least until end of this year. Like I've said, if you have some money that you can 'waste', spend them here rather than getting wasted at pubs. At least you don't have to go around looking for people. Just dump your money and wait for 30/31 days. Of course it's good if you intro your friends coz you'll get commissions but you don't to go around like salesman okay.
